Ayr & District Citizens Association provides affordable housing, a limited number of our apartments are below average market rent (BAMR) according to CMHC guidelines.

Ayr and District Citizens Association maintains a waitlist for Kirkwood Apartments. To see if you qualify to have your name(s) added to the Kirkwood Apartments waitlist, please answer the following questions:

Do you live in Ayr and North Dumfries Township?

Is your total annual income less than $45,000?

If you answered "no" to either of the above questions, you do not qualify for the Kirkwood Apartments waitlist.

If you answered "yes" to both questions, you qualify to have your name(s) added to the Kirkwood Apartments waitlist.
To get your names on the waitlist, please fill out the information in the form below.

* Please be aware that the current wait time for an apartment at Kirkwood Apartments is approximately 4-5 years.
